Get Matched with a Local Operator
Enter the property address you’d like photographed. Periscope Media checks coverage in your area and matches you with a certified local Giraffe360 operator, ensuring fast scheduling and consistent, professional results. If coverage isn’t available yet, we’ll notify you as soon as it is.

Choose Your Package & Book
Select the services you need—listing photos, virtual tours, floor plans, and more—then book your preferred date and time online. Pricing is clear and upfront, booking is quick and easy, and there’s no need for back-and-forth emails.

Property Capture
On the scheduled date, your local Giraffe360 operator visits the property and captures the space using Giraffe360’s advanced camera system. Please ensure lights are on and the property is clean and presentable; operators do not provide cleaning or staging. The capture typically takes one to two hours.

AI Processing & Editing
After the shoot, all images and data are uploaded to Giraffe360’s secure cloud platform. AI technology processes the visuals to generate photos, virtual tours, floor plans, and a listing website. Each asset is then reviewed by our professional quality-control team to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Receive Your Assets
Your listing photos are delivered within 24 hours, with virtual tours, floor plans, and AI videos available within 36 hours. Deliverables include high-resolution photos, a 360° virtual tour, floor plans, AI video(s), a listing website, social media content tools, and access to virtual staging.
