Most properties are captured between an hour and three hours.  Larger homes may take longer. The exact time depends on the size and layout of the space.

You are not required to be at or remain at the property while your local Periscope Media operator is working. You can arrange access details with your operator directly. Most operators will not have lock box access, however please do check with your local operator.

Please ensure the home is tidy and staged as you would like it to be presented. Have all the lights turned on, and ceiling fans off. Please note that our operators are not able to help clean, move furniture, or stage properties. No special lighting is needed, as the Giraffe360 system captures everything in one streamlined scan.

Finished assets are typically delivered within 24–36 hours after the property has been captured.

Exact inclusions depend on the package you select at booking.

Yes. Your assets can be used on MLS listings, real estate platforms, websites, emails, and social media to market your property.

Your completed assets are delivered digitally, with easy-to-use links that can be downloaded, shared, or embedded wherever you need them.

Yes. Rescheduling or cancellation policies are provided during booking. If you need to make changes, simply contact your Periscope Media operator and they’ll help you adjust your appointment.

No. The copyright to all the materials are owned by the Periscope Media operator unless otherwise agreed to in writing between you and the opterator.
