Please ensure lights are on and the property is clean and presentable, as operators do not provide cleaning or staging. The capture typically takes one to two hours.

After the shoot, all images and data are uploaded to Giraffe360’s secure cloud platform. AI technology processes the visuals to generate photos, virtual tours, floor plans, and a listing website. Every asset is then reviewed by a professional quality-control team for accuracy and consistency.
